We were asked by Leicester City football club to work on the refurbishment of the ‘champions club’.
A little bit about the ‘champions club’.
The ‘champions club’ is a room that offers first class hospitality on match day of Leicester City.
Hospitality packages for this room are £3135 per person plus VAT for a season.
Guests are greeted on arrival with prosecco, have a four course menu and have padded seats in the stadium for the Leicester city game.

The project.
The football club gave us a brief of what they wanted, but, they wanted us to help find the right flooring products for the room rather than give us a specification. The club trusted our knowledge and recommendations.
So, we proposed a Tarkett Desso carpet tile which was from the ‘grain’ range and we had the sound master backing specially added to the tile.
The sound master backing added comfort to the tile under foot as an underlay would. This was a nice added feature as the club was aiming for a high specification of the room.
Around the perimeter of the room, at the bar area and at the entrance, Large marble ceramic tiles were installed. We then installed the carpet tiles in the centre of the room.
The contrast of the marble tiles and the grey carpet tiles worked really well and everyone at the football club were happy with the project.
Myself and my fitters really enjoyed this project. We are all big football fans, so being involved with Leicester City football club was a pleasure.
We hope to work with the club in the future.
