We recently installed, Polyflor expona flooring and JHS carpet tiles at Premier Gym, North Leicestershire.

Flooring works were completed in two phases:

Phase 1

The first phase of works was to supply and fit 80m2 of polyflor expona commercial flooring to the new reception of Premier Gym.

Part of our works was also to:

Uplift and remove existing floor coverings.

Prepare the concrete subfloor with a 3mm smoothing compound.

Ardex CL was the preferred smoothing compound. 

During phase 1, we also supplied and installed new JHS triumph loop carpet tiles to a massage room, sunbed room and waiting area.

This was to a total of 60m2.

Phase 2

The second phase of works was to supply and install 95m2 of polyflor expona commercial flooring to the new studio of Premier Gym.

Again, we used Ardex CL smoothing compound to prepare the sub floor once the old floor covering were uplifted and disposed off.
