DCS Flooring is thrilled to announce the successful completion of another commercial flooring project!

Our team was appointed to transform the main office at The QUAD (Summertown, Oxford), an office rental agency—and the results are truly stunning! Check out the photos below to see the transformation for yourself.

The first job at hand was to diamond grind and remove 230m2 of existing floor, which had been installed poorly by a previous contractor. 

Secondly, after getting it back to a solid base, we laid Kerakoll Group Pro Flow smoothing compound, to ensure that the subfloor was smooth and flat.

Onto the installation, we then laid down the stunning Forbo vinyl flooring and welded all the joints to ensure an excellent finish to be proud of.

The outcome was a sleek, durable, and professional office floor that enhances the space.
