On each project the main contractor is responsible of the full rip out of the shop including the uplift of existing floor coverings.
The projects require us to prepare the sub floor prior to the installation of Forbo flooring with a 3mm smoothing compound or 6mm plywood.
DCS Flooring are responsible for the supply and fit of all of the flooring materials.
Belvoir Lettings use a design team to create a unique look for each branch. We are issued with the design at the quotation stage.
The DCS Flooring team enjoy the Belvoir projects as each one is very different to the next and creating the circles in the carpet is always fun.
