We have recently supplied and installed flooring throughout The Workhouse Gym in Castle Donington, Derby.

Flooring at the Workhouse Gym

Working direct with the owner of the Workhouse Gym, we provided the flooring throughout the entire building which included 450m2 of JHS carpet tiles in the main gym areas, 150m2 of Quick-Step laminate in the fitness and aerobic studio, and Altro flooring in the changing rooms and toilets.

We were recommended to this job from one of our previous clients that also owns a gym in another part of Derby.

We are a company that rely on repeat business and any new work will come through recommendation, so this was great to be recommended by and existing customer. It shows to me as the owner that my team are leaving a good impression on our clients.

The main colour of the carpet tiles was dark grey but the owner wanted a red stripe leading from the entrance to the reception, fitness studio and free weights area.

This was a great feature to the carpet and something that the gym were really pleased with. We were able to get a very close match to the red in the equipment!
